Services

Pro Assistant Online provides virtual assistant services to businesses and individuals. Our Services include but are not limited to administrative support, social media management, customer service, and other tasks as agreed upon.

Payment Terms

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, without liability to you. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
